Greetings,
Jolly splendid to see my excellent Guild of Wizards is still doing splendid things.
Just to say I've been having a splendid time with the wife so much so that that I rather forgot where I put my pointy hat.
Still I've been getting rid of the rust on my peasant killing spell, terribly sorry peasants but you do have a tendency to say annoying things like 'Please don't kill me'. As a result I was rather thinking I might buy a new hat and see if you excellent Wizards are all as excellent as I remember.
I notice that little oriental chap Ginzu is sitting on my chair.
Splendid
Machir
Its MY Enclave now!
And its Ginzu's chair... He asked me nicely
The Keeper of the Tales
Splendid and who exactly are you?
Yes jolly nice chap that Ginzu, terribly good at asking people to do things nicely.
I am The Keeper of the Tales
Principal of the Arcanum, Chair of the Enclave, Professor of Tales told and Stories of Old.
I was voted into both positions by my peers, and there was cake
You can come along if we go out, I don't mind
The Keeper of the Tales
Ah yes cake, splendid stuff.
I do remember a splendid tree bringing a lot of cake to our first gathering.
Good chap that tree.
Really... a tree with cake...
You might need to be checked with the Truft and Gaunt test to make sure you're ok
TKotT
Yes excellent Tree, always talking to other trees and pointing out where those pesky hiding chaps like Ginzu were. Rather important in some sort of jolly secret Imperial organisation to.
Splendid sounding tests, hrm wife's rather a splendid test.
Anyhow splendid to meet you, I'm off to play with my shades.
Splendid creatures.
Apart from the little ones. Oh and ones with puzzle boxes.
All rather splendid.
I thought I might dust off the old wand if I can find it and risk my life and limb in order to try and earn a few of those splendid red notes that the wife seems to love. Well not as much as those large yellow ones.
Well I'm rather presuming they're still red and yellow as the wife seems to er control that area.
Shades are all splendid, much better than those blasted sprites.
No problems my good chap.
Being an Earl, having a delightful wife who's jolly important and has er jolly splendid talents in other areas and being incredibly rich means you don't have to feel to sorry for me.
That's why running away was invented my good faerie, rainbow, dragony chap. I seem to remember that good Soth chap and I had rather mastered that rather splendid skill. Why be at the front when there are so many of those rather odd sword wielding bolt throwing warlock types happy to have all sorts of rather nasty injuries inflicted on them.
Are you by any chance a member of the Arcanum as well Machir?
If so I believe there are a couple of tests you may need to pass in applied mercineral wizarding.
Lucius.
Hrm all these tests I'm being told I have to do is all rather confusing.
I was rather hoping it was still the case that a few wizards could get together, eat some cake and talk about jolly important things like who had the best cake. Then the splendid older wiser (and still alive) wizards could oversee the young ones in defeating another jolly bad person with plans destroy something rather important.
I'm not sure i like the word 'applied'.
yEs!! it Is i! MAChiR! I aM on FIRe!!!!!

bOBo
Ah Bobo the splendid little firey chap I do hope your trident is as hot and firey as I remember it and you have been burning people in your own splendid way. Remembering the unique screams of people set on fire by bobo always bring a warm pleasant glow. Splendid.
i do apologise Mr bobo i believe i said your er trident when of course i meant to say a splendid pitchfork.
MY fOrk iS on fiRE! LiKe tHe pHeaSant!
-bObO
Ah my good Remstar. Peasants, lovely fellows. Never touch a hair on their head. Splendid chaps. Best leave the peasant diplomacy to Bobo or Soth. Splendid chaps.
Might just have to join the next Enclave outing if the wife lets me out. Not that I Machir master of the dark arts would ever be controlled by a lady, er of course not.
