(Brief of sorts for Unbalanced Lo-Thi on 28th September)

A tired tribesman is spotting by Lo-Thi scouts approaching tribe's camp. He looks like he has travelled some distance and despite his furs looks frozen. He introduces himself as Morkka, the chieftain of the Frozen Spears tribe. The Lo-Thi are aware of the barbarian tribe and that they live close to the Mountains near Icewater. In past, there have been both good and bad relationships with this tribe but currently the two tribes are on very good terms.

Morkka explains that having heard of the Lo-Thi's success in dealing with the Knights of Civilisation and handling the fate of the thunderhoof tribe, he is seeking the tribe's help. Tribesfolk from Goblin to Barbarian, have gone missing from the mountains recently and have been seen linked in chains and being led by men in dark clothing and cloaks to an old dwarven mine. The mine has been empty and unused for years and rumour amongst the tribes is there was some unnatural disaster there that either killed or caused the dwarfs there to flee. The Rockfist Clan, who owned the fortified mine has all but been wiped out with those few survivors tight lipped about what happened there.

What's in the mine and its hall cannot be scried about, something to do with the wardings the dwarves placed to hide mining secrets and trade deals, but once inside it was possible to scry.

Whilst warming his hands on the fire, Morkka begs the Lo-Thi to head to the mine and see what is happening there and to rescue any tribesfolk they find. Once his tale was heard, those Lo-Thi there promised to do what they could to investigate the mine and the tribesmen disappearances.

(OOC - The Hiring Wall will be a large tent of Lo-Thi. Morkka has given tribe a transportational device which will take them to Icewater and close to mines. Any pre-dungeon comms, please let me know)

I have heard whispers amongst the tribe that some of you may be travelling to investigate the claims of Chieftain Morkka in the coming weeks to help some missing tribes folk if they can and win more repute for the Lo-Thi.

I cannot travel with you as have already been tasked with securing thick furs ready for the deathly season from the Hostra tribe - but would ask that any able to travel pay particular attention should they encounter any links to witchcraft or covens.

This may sound like a strange request but previous dream quests and portents from the Silver Fox have warned me to be cautious of such things and pay special heed where actions of covens have changed. They also showed me visions of the frozen dead walking.

If so I would ask that any information is shared with myself and also Nyx Frostblade as a defender of the north should you know of her.
