Despite the strange feeling of Deja Vu.
I come bearing sad news. Garrus of the Imperial Pathfinders fell for the final time during our time helping the village of Lights Hope. He was a brave Knight, one who you could rely on to get the job done. There were many moments over the weekend where we found ourselves in tight spots. But we knew, when there was something that needed to be found in order to survive, Garrus was already out there closing in on the target. And the one time when we thought you were already on the case, but in fact you were the other side of the unkillable creature hidden from sight. You risked your life and joined us in the "Corridor of Death", just to let us know that you were here, unable to survive outside you had come to join in our defence. And the many times you showed your physical strength, you would swoop down showing off your elven heritage, take a person in each arm and by the back of their neck with your bare teeth! You would just fly to safety, like it was nothing. You have been a hero many times spanning many years, Primus has lost a good man. Hopefully you will return to us soon, may your dream come true and your heritage finally show. Knights we have lost a great Seeker, a great bowman and a friend to us all. Let his life be celebrated. Shield on arm, Sword in hand, Brothers together, We defend the Land. Rufus Lord Knight |

He was more than just a friend. I loved him. I will miss the sound of his tiny axes on the backs of our enemies, I will miss the his ever so slightly blue face I will miss watching him as he slept. Mostly I miss his lateness I am sure he will return, but it will not be the same. I have decided to build a life size statue of him in my gardens. I will not be able to eat grapes without thinking of him. Farewell lovely Garrus, though you die, you die a Path-Major in the Imperial Scouts Nev' Nev' |

Oh my. What a shame.
Garrus was a tidy chap. Always dressed well and smart. I'll remember those times in Rostal, staring over prophecies, collecting flowers, making cats cradles and let's not forget, having our skulls crushed by that orc tribe with nothing but a stare. But, the bodies we leave behind are just shells and old homes. And when we move home, it's more often than not somewhere better. His soul will find a new home soon, and I'm sure he'll join us. May the blessing of the mother and the other guide him on his way. Blessed Be Garrus, Blessed Be Gully |

My abiding memory is of the Goblin Lord who we were going to have a lot of trouble catching, let alone killing.
As we spoke to him in a woodland grove up popped Garrus a good 20 yards back and, with fine bowmanship, put an arrow squarely in his back, dropping him like a stone. Classic Garrus. Kurth Honeyman. |
