So many thanks to give, but too tired to do it justice.

Thanks to Stacey and Lee for a really well thought through adventure with three-dimensional bad guys, and proper consequences for the parties’ actions.

Thanks to an amazing and tireless monster crew too numerous to mention. And sorry for being at ‘mid’ or whatever - I know it’s a pain.

Thanks to Giles and Rich for looking after us while also playing. Food was hot, plentiful and tasty.

And thanks to the whole party who really made it a great weekend. Next time we’ll go raid the bad guys at 5am and see how they like it!

Thanks from me as well for a fun weekend and a good end to the extended length season. Lots of cool props, plot we could all get involved in and good selection of bad guys to fight or talk too. Thanks to Stacey and Lee for bringing it all together.

The monster team were great all weekend, so thanks to all of them and for putting up without heat in the monster house!

Party were a lot of fun to be with all weekend, special thanks to Giles for his help in the kitchen as well, meant that I could get out and do a lot of the dungeon smile.gif

One final thanks, to all those that helped with all the tidying and cleaning at the end, chatted to the warden at the end and he was very pleased with how clean and tidy we had left it, especially the toilets, floor and kitchen! He also said how friendly and helpful those of you he chatted to (i think mostly the crew) were over the weekend. So thanks all for helping to make a good impression of the club to the site, it does help when we come to want to re-use them.

Huge thanks from me too,

only extended length I did this year and v pleased it was this one. Thanks to Stacey and Lee for masterminding and reffing, was tough and fun, with loads of variety, also not least for their flexibility for re-arranging from September to November. Cheers to all the monsters - a vast horde who were always keen despite the cold, weather and mud. Some very enjoyable fights, great props (only one of which I broke, sorry), and some cool set pieces/nice personal touches - I particularly enjoyed 'the floor is lava' and standing in a tent with Rich and Dave in an eating contest. The icing on the cake was the party, who were a joy to spend time with - from playing tarot bluff, trying to find the gems, prophetic memory of sherbet dib dabs and looking for stones in the dark. Lastly cheers to Rich for organising this year's extended events, masterminding feeding us (and doing most of the work in the kitchen) and having someone to bounce off on event.

Cheers all, was a lot of fun

Giles.

Massive thanks to all involved.

Stacey and Lee you both did a fantastic job. The quick little pocket dimension pieces were a great way of giving small chunks of things to do that all helped towards the final goal. I loved the Border dimension, but what the hell am I to do with little baby Frangelico?!?!? I'm sure it's sobered up by now...

The ever changing crew worked us hard all weekend. Thank you all for your seemingly endless energy and enthusiasm.

And thanks to the party. Tai was right all along and we should have just left [---] unconscious and rolled him under a bush somewhere!

I really should have booked today off work as by the gods I ache now!

Thanks from me as well!!

As my first extended length, I was bricking it but the party were awesome to ref for, the monster crew were **amazing** (seriously, thank you guys SO much, you worked your arses off and the party will never see or know just how much more you did than hit them in the face with ever ending tipping weapons....)

Thank you to Rich and Giles for the fantastic food, the dinners were absolutely delicious and thank you for working with us for timings.

Thanks to all those who helped tidy and clean at the end. Not the glamorous job at all but its needed and appreciated.

And thanks to Lee for agreeing to ref with me in the first place given all his commitments he had prior to me asking.

There were so many comedy moments and the roleplay all weekend was just on point.

I really enjoyed being able to personalise encounters, so thanks to everyone who took the time to send stuff in advance.

Glad to have helped, hope you all had fun.

If someone realises they have wandered off with my silicon lantern, Id really appreciate it back. One of the party grabbed it in the "find stones in the dark" section.

Cheers,

Pete
