Thursday Dinner
Lamb Casserole with Herb Dumplings, Mash Potato, Carrots, minted Peas (v) Pearl Barley with Leek, Mushrooms and Spinach. Friday B/Fast Sausages, Bacon, Roast Tomatoes, Baked Beans, Granola Bars, Weetabix/similar, Frosties/Similar, Eggs of choice (cooked to order), omelets by request/cooked to order. Porridge by request/made to order Friday Lunch Buffet style spread of - Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Onions, Lettuce, Bread Rolls, Sliced Meats (Ham, Salami, Pastrami etc.), Pate, Cheddar, A.N. Other Cheese, Tomato Soup in Soup Kettle (available all-day), some sort of cake (if I have time), Granola Bars, Flapjacks. Friday Dinner Roast Pork Loin, Roast Potatoes, Roast Parsnips, Honey Glazed Carrots, Spring Greens, Gravy, Apple Sauce. (v) Mushroom or Cheese Souffle, with an appropriate bechamel style sauce (undecided yet, waiting on any vegetarians input - eg. dont like mushrooms ) Saturday B/Fast Same as Friday Saturday Lunch Similar to Friday - using what I have left, with the addition of Carrot and Coriander Soup, and Spicy/Salsa Chicken Tortilla Wraps, with salsa's and sour cream dips. Saturday Dinner Salmon En-Croute, with Hollandaise and Bearnais Sauces, Buttered New Potatoes, Spring Greens. (v) Potato and Spinach Frittatta Sunday B/Fast Same as Before Fruit bowl, Cake, Flapjack, Granola and Soup will be available all the time in case people get peckish between meals - however, it wont be unlimited The above is currently what I plan to do, this is still subject to change, but it's here so I can get a heads up quicker from people who might, say, have a dislike of salmon. I'm not a great fan of salmon, but will eat it. For the dinners it will be dark, we'll probably be late back, grumpy and/or dead, and ideally we'll be able to have something hot that we don't have to see to enjoy

Whilst I have no objections to Cooking the Veggie Option for people who don't fancy the main - I am currently unaware of any Vegetarians in the party/crew, so I wasn't planning on making that much/any if I didnt need to ....
That Said 2 Frittatta isnt going to be a problem. but if any Vegetarians or other people who would like the Vegetarian options instead - can they please let me know soonish. As I would prefer to save time/budget on needless* things - which means I'll have more time/money to make cakes/monster/etc.** Dave *Needless in the sense that why make it if noone wants it ** I can neither confirm or deny that making cake will cause picnics and/or Demons to happen/appear |
