Greetings All
As the Dawn approaches and the chance to strike a decisive blow against Pep becomes possible, other threats to the supernatural fabric of Primus emerge – as they always will and do. Let’s start with our regular instalment of mercenary activity of concern or just simple interest to the Inquisition: - There seems to be a sudden strange obsession with tinkering with the Great Old Ones from beyond the edges of reality. I won’t name names yet but have my eye on a couple of you. Please just leave them be, never wake a sleeping baby and all that.. - That trouble making monkey, Lomo Bander Nob, is up to something in Khanniabad. Do keep an eye out, and deal with him if you can. - Vik, a Certizal Worshipper, is amassing power. Probably step one on the road to being an Arch Angel of Corruption or something equally tiresome. Vix please consider yourself ostracised, though I’d imagine you are already outlawed anyway. - To the Church of Primal Darkness. For the newest and upcoming evil faith on the mean streets or Primus you seem relatively benign. I would advise reading the Arathelian accords carefully before any undertakings within the Baronies. - Rangar, at least you are not aiming for Godhood anymore. Elemental Lord of Darkness is probably something better to reach for old chap. - Mr Fantastic, all I can say is good luck, I’ll watch with interest. Has never been done before but I am aware you have a rep for breaking new ground. - Great to see the goodly churches fighting back this month and not letting the Church of the Destroyer and Certizal have a free run at the world. Notable mention to the Church of Mortai this month, top work On another note, I forsee a highly likely to certain chance of a mercenary gathering on this very day in Deeber to deal with a threat to Primus orginating from a plane known as Thargos (which some mercenaries have already travelled to). Thargos, as a plane, has in the past provided supernatural stability to Primus via the use of ritual anchoring. Recently, something has interfered with this process which will in time weaken supernatural stability here. At the same time the dominant faction on Thargos, known as the Malificent ,have been sensed entered Primus more regularly recently. We believe they are seeking pages of a lost text which has survived the Night of Levity. These two occurrences are clearly related and will require further investigation as we hurtle towards the turning of the Dawn. Apathy Lord Inquisitor |

Greetings Apathy,
Firstly thank you for your kind words regarding my church. I will admit I am new to this life and this world, where would I be able to read these Arathelian accords? I would not wish to cause any issues by accident. Yours in Shadow, Karalis Naves High Priest - Primal Darkness. |

Greetings Apathy, Firstly thank you for your kind words regarding my church. I will admit I am new to this life and this world, where would I be able to read these Arathelian accords? I would not wish to cause any issues by accident. Yours in Shadow, Karalis Naves High Priest - Primal Darkness. In fairness and deference to the lord inquisitor, I could find only one brief note on the accords in the libraries... however they are broadly accepted to be the forerunners of the Edicts of the Circle... The information on the accords (such as it is) can be found here The information on the Edicts can be found here I am also sure that a member of the Circle would be more than happy to offer your church council if you actively seek such by sending a message to coris mount...though I make such bold statements only based on their open and supportive actions that I have witnessed and have no ties or knowlege of the group beyond that. I wish you well in the shadows. Elan Librarian. -------------------- Patch

Apathy
There is a woman tinkering with the Great Old Ones - myself and a number of others are seeking to stop her. We can let you have some notes if you wish - they are extensive. Short version is we're chasing her machinations down. Zin |

Short version is we're chasing her machinations down. Zin Master Apathy I wrote to you before regarding this, and hope a travelling monastery of flesh-eating monks has now been dealt with. More to follow. Separately I would add that there appears to be a considerable threat to Primus’ position at the nexus point of the Exostance which aligns to a challenge to both great dragons of Friendship (Gold) and Honour (Ivory). Sirac is perhaps best places to provide you with details. Yours Viridian Silk |

Separately I would add that there appears to be a considerable threat to Primus’ position at the nexus point of the Exostance In my experience, I suspect this is unlikely to be a tenable threat to this specific position. There are all manner of things it might cause, which are likely undesirable (instability, convergence, etc etc), but to deviate Primus from well, being Primus, in the literal meaning of the word, seems as I say, unlikely. It does sound like things were exciting though, and the threat to the drakes/dragons seems much the more substantive issue. Perhaps, now I have a bit more time on my hands, if you're romping off into the mittlenacht to cut some holes again, I might tag along. Do love a good old misty jaunt. As an aside, loving the work Apathy. These reports are just the right amount of spice. Nexus |

Oh bore off Apathetic, remember when no one suspected the Inquisiton, they were the days… predictable as always! Busy monkey, busy doing things because Empire drove him out of his mercenary career… You don’t even know what I’m up-to, you’ll feel really bad when you find out I’m getting some nice ritualist people to make Vik a really nice birthday cake! It was a surprise but you’ve spoiled it… poor Vik Lomo bin baking |

My word of warning was aimed at a couple of mercenaries, they will know who they are. Best, Apathy |

With regards to the threat to the two dragons mentioned, I am sure the recent rise in mercenary behemoths wielding ivory magics will quickly close this one down… Apathy |
