Right well... As per in the run up to the adventure that was fully booked weeks ago, people are dropping like flies. I am grateful to those who have swapped to crew but multiple people booking off just really screws over guild specials when if the space hadn't been taken in the first place we might have filled it with someone who would have committed who has since made plans.
Honestly, it's soul crushing. Please consider booking on to save my sanity. For reference I am currently taking advisor slot as Tirama but will gladly switch back to avatar if that enables someone else to play. -------------------- Will Power - will@labyrinthe.co.uk

I think its easy to look negatively and I understand the frustrations. We can’t know why people booked off. There’s a new covid varient, its xmas. People may have been free and got sick, decided in light of changing pandemic state not to risk it, or to risk doing it and then seeing elderly grandparents over xmas. Children might have got sick, work needed cover and so on. Life, especially at this time of year, and more so in these circumstances is busy and difficult and often plans have to change. All we can do is try and look on the bright side of doing hopefully a fun dungeon and hopefully having several people in both guilds. Many of those who booked off would probably have still loved to play but now cannot.

I may have felt more charitable if this weren't the third or fourth time this had happened in the last few months. It's really impactful when it happens to a guild special.
But I do take your point. -------------------- Will Power - will@labyrinthe.co.uk

That’s very fair. And good reasons doesn’t make it feel any less soul destroying as an organiser. Lets just hope a few more book on and its a fun day. And at least guild themed for both.

Unless you're trolling me Mark and plan to book off in the AM Huw what are you playing out of interest? Not a certain Shaehan priest we haven't seen for years? -------------------- Will Power - will@labyrinthe.co.uk

Unfortunately I’ve had to jump off again. Talk about shortest booking in the west. Sorry. Given rate of omicron spread now and seeing my folks at xmas, and my own crappy lungs I think two days back to back would probably be a mistake in the current situation.

Afraid I've booked off due to covid also....I just don't think it can be sensible to spend all day in a cave atm. If it's any consolation it's the iMperial Theme Day as well, not just you! Not sure if that makes it better or worse....
