I'll be playing Tertius and will pay my points to be a 2nd colour brown wizard to hit the magic number.

I'm also debating whether AC 12 is really a requirement for a warrior/wizard.

It's been done quite a bit. Not sure of cost (800 or 1000pts?) but you will get all Pure Priest restrictions. This will mean no UAC so add in an extra 500pts for summoning a couple of blocks of pure weapons

Anyone touching me - counts as being on a leyline.

Oh yeah... I've got that too! If you're touching me you're also in a natural environment and on Primus.

And apparently I can radiate my comm answers if you're within 20ft.

I've also got Circle of Druid from both the tables and the Natural Trust.

And from me..

If you're in the Druid bracket and have my Joining evocation you can choose to accept my patronage. This gives you a level of Earthpower (min 4.) but you count as being mastered as per Warhaft of the Host.

You cn make guilds perm by investing a load of monster points or dod that go away?

It was always the same people doing that though. We had good success with claws as we got a dozen people to put in 50 each bit it still relied on Lee+ Will+ Giles (?) Putting down the max amount each.

I basically agree with everyone - guilds are more effort than they're worth. I think I managed 1/4 success rate in getting guild specials to run for natural power as although there were always loads of players interested they were of such a diverse level that we couldn't do much. I should probably just book 4 open themed events a week and maybe some will run...

Make them easy to upkeep and give flavour rather than stats and it would be much better. Guild specials give guild items rather than date extensions.

I actually wonder if anyone apart from Tiffer even knows...

Bloody Jade magic.

I converted all mine into percentiles and regen surges... Based on the amount of mana my battleboard has per set of innates I'd say:

8 x affirms
4 x strengthen the body
2 x empower form

I agree. It's currently a bit too much like Hotblack Desiato spending a year dead for tax reasons.

I'd say that making an incentive to perm-perm would be good. Some extra ISP but you can't carry over grulls/unread teaching scrolls. That way we get a bigger turn over of characters but people can hang onto them if they want. Maybe make Crypt & Obits. only apply to proper perming. Maybe increase the benefit they give slightly to counteract the fact you can't rebirth with 100k of teaching scrolls, magic armour and shield etc.

Yeah thanks to all involved - especially to the monsters for putting up with the heat and the players for buying-in to (The Free Republic of) Sweethaven

There's a few people who had not decided what they wanted to do with regards to characters (Notably Benson...) and a few people who mentioned having picked stuff up. If you could email the peonsofpower email account we can look to get things done sooner rather than later.

New scale:

1st person to debrief gets 95pts. 2nd & 3rd get 94... player #12 who was upstairs having a fag whilst I sat in a cold cave waiting for them instead of going to the pub/home gets 89pts.

I've realised I can't find a couple of bits of kit - No idea when these went missing so it's a long shot!

- Medlock bastard sword. Dark/black blade.
- Brown leather Darkblade A4 Satchel w/ brass buckle.

I might have left them in someone's boot? Or I just left them lying about...

Why does everyone want to be a spoon elf wizard.

It will never work, your a wizard made of metal, even the chaps in young players will be more than 2 daggers worth. Unless your a plastic spoon wizard and 1 fire blast kills you

What would be your interpretation of the speed restrictions?

Just carry a wooden spoon around (the actual character). Bronze wizard and you cast lots of persuasive suggestions and power word frenzies during conversations.

I'm keen to continue playing Tristan but that means thresholds to no max.

but I'm sure I can start something else if needed lol

I'm also on the no-max lot.

I'm also looking to book some no-max kotl themed (possibly guild specials?) for a Virtues based contract.

Can we also get a list of what we get from who and what the guild items are?

I've got Remstar down as:

QUOTE(Carlo @ Aug 13 2015, 07:32 PM) *
I radiate an aura of mark ally - divine/all/any powerbase. People that know me, or know of me may simply choose to accept it at any point from seeing me.

If I don't want you to have it, you don't.

Allies gain 3/1 life, 1 dac 1 mac 1 sac. This is lost if you attack not in self defense. It's a 3 mana, mantic gold spell.

Special friends of remstar/clovis (defined as, if you feel like it or if you have done 5 days worth of event) gain immunity to the first freeze/cold effect of each day that would normally effect you.

Elysians/Enoch Khan gain kin and true kin with me, and an avenging spirit (that comes from me, not them for purpose of the cannot harm restrictions)

'Victory' is my holy sword, useable by any knight of the land regardless of alignment.
+1 Pure White mana/Goodly Spirit.
+2 vs knights of dark renown or their minions.
Cannot harm the innocent, or another knight of the land.
Is a perm passive heal recepticle for whoever holds it.

I think we get a cone lightning and LTM 12 the first time we need it?

And because people love a good player list, the highs are as follows:

Rich - Gimly
Duncan - Bartimaus
Rebecca - Penny
Tiffer - Tertius
Chris B - Tristan
Peter S - Betrayer
James C - Tidus

I feel like I'm the weak link... Possibly I'll pretend to be a party wizard/healer.

Saturday - Booked onto the 3k as a red vivomancer
Sunday - Booked onto the 3k as a red high wizard

The only things these characters have in common is red mana and demon touched...

Priests gain "Create Minor/Major Runic Item" at 7 & 8th. Are these specialist skills in the same way that the Wizard makes are specialist skills? Specifically I'm thinking about if you can by them off the all tables if you've got buy as priest but aren't a 7th level priest.

There is a priest option to buy them, in the same way a wizard can. If you buy as priest you can buy them, but there are rules for making below 8th level.
