In the case of the slaying of “Fish” by Uriel AKA “Lucky Goblin” I issue judgment that Uriel acted in, what has been reported by witnesses, good faith and an attempt to prevent loss of life that unfortunately resulted in the loss of Fish’s own life.
I find that him innocent of malice and am guided by his willingness to swiftly submit to Imperial Justice without prejudice or prevarication. I therefore declare him removed of the outlawing placed upon him by the Seers I do note, however, that this is the second time that he has been in this situation and am thus cautioning him such that he is bound over to keep the Peace until the Final Dawn that marks the end of IM 2021. Any further infraction of Imperial during that time will result in a harsh penalty. I strongly suggest that he hone his not inconsiderable skills in less lethal methods of restraint. Due to the dual nature of jurisdiction this judgment has been ratified by Covenant Athanyn on behalf of the Empire and Graf Thor on behalf of the Baronies.
