Greetings citizens of the Empire,

Firstly I would like to say that Tarquin Stoneheart has been accepted to the role of Journeyman Magistrate. Congratulations to him on the appointment.

With current threats relating to the Dawn meaning I will be in Halgar for much of the rest of the year I grant him status as Magistrate with Special Responsibility for Bildteve from the 14th of Deeber until the turn of the Dawn when I will be back in the role. This leaves him responsible in that time for the law in Bildteve and the surrounding environs until then.

Further to this and the presence of Shadowholme in Rural Bildteve I have looked to the City planning office and confirm no such building was authorised. I would like to make clear that as a construct of Faith and one which houses a Divinity I find this to be in clear violation of the Cathedral Act in Bildteve and it should be removed. The status quo of Faiths in Bildteve is of the utmost importance and the Act was not put in place lightly - allowing single faiths to gain prominence in the area is a threat to the stability of Primus and as such anyone trying to prevent the removal of Shadowholme from Rural Bildteve is committing a felony.

For clarity considering that the building is Dedicated to a proscribed organisation the above felony would likely involve a second felony which will in most cases lead to you being outlawed under Imperial Law by the City Magistrate.

There are a couple of legal issues that Tarquin will be seeing through to their completion from his short but busy tenure as Magistrate.

For future issues I will now be back in my usual seat within the City.

I'd like to thank Tarquin for his time serving my Office - he continues as a Journeyman Magistrate.
