So the first extended length of the year is done, seemed to go really well and players and monsters all enjoyed themselves. Plenty more later in the year if you want to get involved in them. This weekend however we are back in a cave with the following:

Saturday
Max 15k Deci - Kill Abraxus dungeon – The continuation of the hunt for Abraxus (he has no physical form) lead by Tangle. Is looking all good with 9 players, an a-ref and 2 monsters.
Max 750 Earthsunder and Soulforger guild special – Being reffed by Sarah and Craig P, this joint guild special for 2 new guilds with a dwarven theme. Currently full on players but with only 1 monster booked it does need some more, and an a-ref.
There is also a private overnight booking of the caves this weekend.

Sunday
Children of the Dusk Guild Special – Part 3 of Rob B’s guild campaign, is plenty of information and chat on the forums about it. Currently has an a-ref and 1 monster for the 7 players so could do with some more.
Top Secret max 4k Guild Special. - Restarting the scout guild, currently has 3 players booked and just Will P as ref on the crew side. So looking a bit shaky. There has been talk of merging these 2 dungeons, keep an eye out for details.
There are 2 areas booked for private use today as well.

Further Ahead
Tuesday Club is back next week, it is currently full on players, it does however need a ref. Currently has an a-ref and a monster. If anyone is able to help out please book on, or fancies trying there hand at reffing one then get in touch.

As mentioned, there are more extended lengths later in the year, see the sub-forum for all the details but we have:
Max 3k 2-day - 9th-10th June,
“New Player” Max 750 2-day - 7th & 8th July
Back to Back 4-days – Max 3K - 18th-21st August
Back to Back 4-day – Max 1500 - 22ND August- 25th August
“Goodly Heroic” Max 10k & 2 Party 3-day - 14th-16th September
Max 1500 2-day - 6th-7th October

Rumours and Gossip
The Great Re-Wire of 2018 continues, Duncan, Tim and others have been busy replacing the miles of cables needed following the mining inspectors visit. It is likely to take up to 3 years to get it all fully replaced and running again. Remember as well that the price has increased to £43 for caves dungeons but you do get 2 glow sticks provided.

Alongside the re-wiring Duncan is still looking to hold a work week and make a start on the new set of buildings in the hobbits armpit. This is hopefully going to be in May and will require a lot of materials being carried down from up top. Keep an eye out for a post from Duncan with all the details.

So Saturday is looking all good for the dungeons, still space for some more monsters though if people want to come and be involved.

The plan for Sunday is to merge the Children of the Dusk dungeon with the Top Secret one, a brief was posted up on the IC boards and there is plenty of chat on the CotD forum with all the info.

Will H has stepped in to ref Tuesday club next week, is his first time reffing adults so I am sure he would appreciate a couple more monsters to help him out.
