The following structures are now in place and offer a few benefits to LRP/Heroes interaction

Volksraad Reeves Hall

Effect: Where CPs are committed by a Referee towards events in the Empire that conceivably reduce a threat or otherwise affect the wider Empire (sheets) for every 3 CPs so committed such counts as having an effect of 4CPs at this level.

Bounty Hallows

Not that the structure is precisely needed as such for it, but it acts as the IC means whereby the CMT, the GSM and the Senate can set different rewards for the heads of outlaws in LRP, ideally then in those cities where such is established.

The Grand Volksraad

Effect: Upon the Senate Sheets are listed those CP effects that conceivably could have been noted as deriving from the results of Hiring Licences from that month*. An effect as the result of an adventure is normally in there, though a more campaign related effect such as the source of a ritual strike or similar is not. In essence, character action that affect sheets, not monster actions or a character gaining a Tag, bundles or similar.

Mercenary Affairs

Effect: Where CPs sent to the adjudicator are noted as being an Imperial Mission (one that was sponsored by, or organised from, this tower) then one of those with statistical effect upon the sheets will increase that effect by 1. Such is randomly determined.

Mercenary Affairs (3)
Effect: Focussed Orders (Senator for Mercenary Affairs only), orders apply to those adventures that were sponsored by the Empire, or a noted figure within it.*

“Take a personal interest in (Imperial Mission – adventure/ref/date) (SSN#)” CPs from the noted adventure all increase by 1 where those have statistical benefit to the sheets. Such stacks freely from that from other sources.

“Seek heroes for (plot related mission – for example the Eth’Adaracht were put aside due to LRP action from Myron, things where an ON was asked for and a briefing sheet was put together, stuff that was dealt with in LRP for a specific HotE plot impact. Such an adventure does not have to be organised by Willock at all, just that if there is one he can lend some weight) and lend to its success the weight of the Empire (SSN#)” Where an adventure as described above is successful, and a report is received from the ref, and the HotE adjudicator then adjusts and scribbles out things in his notes resulting from such the adjudicator will adjust that effect further to the betterment of the result. It’s impossible to say what this would be as it’s rather different every time! But the adventure has to succeed (and well), it doesn’t change a failure to a success, or a moderate to a great success, but it amplifies those big successes.

*Note that here it can readily and happily be whoever the power/NPC the ref has up his sleeve – just that he is legitimately hiring or sending off on a mission of genuine Imperial benefit, not some shyster with both eyes on personal gain

So please, so note it your dungeon is sponsored by Mercenary Affairs. Make use of it! And ask me to sponsdor stuff, especially heroes plot as it makes a difference.
