I am enjoying writing MCs around neuronic abilities.
Has anyone done anything with speed of thought? |

Not a MC but I’ve got when using speed of thought may use a neuronic innate in someone else’s time freeze (jumps, light steps, etc)
Basic but life saving, Sean |

Specifically I was aksing if you could neuronic flare somone as they jumped at you, and the answer was yes -------------------- Nibs

Not bought the above yet, though will eventually for lightsteps and the like, still useful to know. Sean |

Sean I agree - I have always been told "1 weapon blow only" - good question for Ask the GSM I guess (given it was an old GSM that answered previously) David |

got a couple of bits as Jack rightly suggests.
they basically boil down to retroactive reactions, uses a reactions and the innate now only lasts a minute as above but for neuro mastery, again only lasts a minute. Radah's speed of thought, may use speed of thought and ignore an avenging spirit (I think this is table 10K) Woodrows speed of thought, may use a speed of thought and ignore a dying effect (this one is 15 or 20K) speed of thought and lightning reactions can be used together to dodge a ranged effect. speed of thought & a reactions innate and can have used a published neuronic before a blow or effect landed have some more but I think they are psi-master & kensai based rgds Duncan |

I embody Abishai in his time stop rather than hit him and beat him to death! |

Also agree with 1 action.
one of my characters has an original breeze spell which is one word breeze and I have used this under numerous refs to breeze back a jumping character |

Also agree with 1 action. one of my characters has an original breeze spell which is one word breeze and I have used this under numerous refs to breeze back a jumping character I looked it up in warrior's book and it's clear as anything, one action or one spoken word. So yep no question about it. I suspect it may well have been changed down the years...or maybe not, and just one of those things some people ref'd differently. Cheers, Sean |

My speed of thought was to my knowledge the original, it is: take two paces in another’s time stop or time freeze situation.
But it is T10 and post my time base MC Patch -------------------- Patch

Anyone used it with translocation to warcry effect, someone else out of danger?
Or would that need a reactions innate in addition? |

Generally all the mind stuff like that and use an innate before something has not with shifts written on it.

Can get salmon leaps and light steps whilst holding someone else, or grabbing them en route, as a warcry to get them out of an area effect. And as Sirac I can jump as a warcry to get close enough to an ally to use my valdstayn abilities against an effect. Cheers, Sean |
