I have some memory of the Spiter having a bunch of names and titles or maybe it was just a few adjectives he was generally associated with. Is this the case or am I get muddled with something else?
Thanks, Henry -------------------- Henry

He's the Seven Horned God now, but he used to be The Most Loathly Baladuz Spite, I think

I thought it was Most Hateful Balduraz Spite. The title he was given amongst Blauz (or at least the goodly Blauz) when I was playing Ilorn in HOTE was the Dark Sun of Spiteful Will.
I seem to remember once as a different character working out a way for everyone to invent their "Blauz names". Can't quite recall how one did it but it was something to do with the name of the first creature that killed you and the pub you got drunk in the night before.... but thats probably a Friday topic C |

Stuart may be thinking of The Most Loathly Lord Ruelwight (sp) that was around at some point as well.

Lilley is right. Loathly Lord Ruelwright (sp?) was the one.
Sorry Stuart |

Was this answer to the question in the Forum quiz, or was that someone else?
Carlo (curse him) never did tell us the right answers. So he could have been lying about the scores. Team Token Human |

Team Token Human Carlo was going to lie about the scores (As he liked the tie breaker so much) but said he didn't have to in the end. It's a wonder people trusted Bradley to run something like that fairly Chris |

I'm fairly certain its The Most Hateful Balderaz Spite (at least that was his name when he conned his boss into a 1 on 1 showdown with St Michael in order to get his boss killed).
"The Spiter" being more a title. There were even some vague indications that he was/is some sort of dual entity split between "The Spiter" and "Balderaz". BBB -------------------- Grey's Law: Any sufficiently advanced incompetence is indistinguishable from malice...

The answer to the question in the forum quiz was probably Avoul, if its the question about Blazathale. I still maintain that one of the answers (the one about the Legacy) was wrong but the sourcebooks took preference over my recollection. Probably just as well.

C Avoul, hmm, wasn't he the one tricked to fight St Michael? I need to dig out The Shriven Plains write up. C the legacy one cause a fair bit of debate in our team (before my time guv), so maybe your recollections weren't entirely at fault. Anyway, Carlo, full set of answers please, especially for the tie-breaker... |

Yes, Avoul was the ruler of Blazathale.
And the answer to the tie breaker, supplied by Mr Fromont himself, was 22. That's 22 people who've managed to kill Gimly. I very much doubt any of them were players, though, however much the Friday posters might wish otherwise. C |
