Is looking to be a busy weekend with 3 dungeons running both days, if anyone is free to come crew all or part of the day it would really help.
Tuesday A max 1500 Tuesday Club single length, starting after work and finishing up with pizza in the tavern. It is being reffed by Rich E who has an a-ref and 2 monsters. Which currently means there are as many crew as players! If could really do with some more players and ideally needs a minimum of six. Saturday House D’Treal no max, Chris G reffing another part of his campaign for this popular noble house. It currently has 8 players but only 1 monster, so needs an a-ref and 1 more monster. If anyone wants to return crewing favours for Lee and Fi this would be a good time! Max 3K – Being reffed by Alan, assisted by his partner in crime Brett. It currently has 8 players but needs a couple of monsters. The brief is already up on the IC boards for this as well. Max 250 – The third busy dungeon of the day, with 9 players booked. Is being reffed by Paul B and has one monster booked but an a-ref and 1 more monster is needed. Young Players - Being reffed by Will P and Liam, get booking on Sunday Iron & Empire/Fate unbalanced 7.5k Guild Special – The next instalment of BBB’s campaign for these 2 pro imperial guilds, most of the party is a lot lower then the booked threshold and the dungeon is being written to the party so all guild members should book on. It also needs some a-refs and monsters to book on as currently none! Pre 8th – New characters starting their life as mercenaries, dealing with the threats that Paul B sets them. He however also needs an a-ref and some monsters for the party to kill! Buckmore Park No Max Overland – Being reffed by Will P as a chance to grab points for those on the myths it currently has 6 players, an a-ref and 1 monster so looking fairly ok to run but more welcome on both sides. Further Ahead There has been some talk of organising a max 500 for Bank Holiday Monday and a Tuesday dungeon next week as it is half term. The logistics of these are currently being worked out and I will confirm here if they will be running. The year is flying by and June is just around the corner, the Thursday dungeon is on the 6th, a max 20k being reffed by Rich E which already has a decent crew booked, just needs some more players. The June Tuesday dungeons are on the 4th and 18th of the month and are up for booking on to, along with the July and August ones. The 1st June also has pre 8th lucky dip single length, see the Almanac for all the details but still spaces to play to get your special class/race combo for the event. Rumours and Gossip Kat and Duncan go on holiday from Tuesday next week, so if you have need to email them do it sooner rather then later so that they can enjoy a well earned break! The desk is fully stocked with all the latest version of the rule books thanks to St Tim of Treadwell. This includes the Amlas source books and the new Almanac. There is unfortunately also a list at the desk of people who owe the caves money… please can you pay up! Is over a thousand pounds that is owed between all club members. If you are unsure of the amount or the bank details please drop me a message on here or Facebook. If it is easier, people can also have an account at the desk. You can transfer an amount of money over and email Duncan and he will add it to the account list at the desk, that way you don’t need to remember exact amounts to transfer each week. Plenty of exciting things happening in the world of Friday Night Magic, including more Tuesday nights! Check out www.fridaynightmagic.co.uk for all the details. Last but not least, I am away in Wales this Friday to Monday and will have little phone signal, am back home Tuesday then off abroad for a 5-day beachside ref planning meeting for the Proptastic event so wont be around on emails/Facebook as much as usual -------------------- Rich

We are still very much in need of crew for this weekend. If anyone is free to monster please do book on or let the bookings line know so that we can avoid players having to book off to make the dungeons run. All events do have refs, as things stand:
Saturday House D'Treal No Max: 9 players, 1 monster - needs a-ref and 1 monster Max 3k - 11 Players, 1 a-ref - Needs 2 monsters Max 250 - 8 players, 3 monsters - could do with an a-ref Young Players - 4 people booked, needs some more! Sunday Iron & Empire - 6 players, 1 monster - Needs an a-ref Pre 8th - 8 players, 2 monsters - Needs an a-ref No Max Overland - 6 Players, 1 a-ref, 1 monster - Comparatively ok! Monday Max 500 - 10 Players, Gordon Reffing - Needs an a-ref and couple of monsters Tuesday Tuesday Club 1500 Single Length - Alister reffing, 6 players and an a-ref, needs a monster -------------------- Rich

Should it turn out YP doesn’t go ahead due to only 4 people I’ll jump in on Sunday or Monday to help. Unfortunately I can’t commit to a whole weekend

Liam, I should think if it doesn't go ahead, I think the Monday would probably need you the most.
