Hello, it's me, Brian!
I am back! I am not really sure what happened, one minute I was engaged in melee with a pack on demons, the next I was coming round from what I understand was a fatal experience with the Majestic form of Lord Blackheart above me! I do have my suspicions but if someone could be so kind as to ask their demons of knowledge that would probably be the best thing! My fellow catskinners may know too! Love, Brian xx |

I am happy you are back. I'll do some scrying and find out. Maybe Relic could do some bound with magic too? I am glad to be back Lady Serin!
Unfortunately my body feels rather violated and I have just finished cleaning off all the dust from my artefacts that disintegrated! I have to admit I was a little suspicious of the intentions of one of our group towards me! He introduced himself as a members of Thor's legion, the "Son's of Talthar", and he did say his purpose in life was to kill demons. I did think he was warming to me during the day, I put myself at risk to save him when immobile a few times and helped him and his Talthar chum out when asked, but I may have miss read it! If we can scry and find out for sure that would be great! I'll head over now to the Catskinners guild hall and ask the Catskinners who were there if they have any idea! Love, Brian xx |

Thanks to Kassadin we know that Quintus Volane used the Hand of Truth ability taught to him by the Hell Company group to kill me with a touch! It seems that one of the rules of membership of the Hell Company guild is that those who join must do their best to slay any demons they meet, even if helpful mercenaries infused with vitae on a legitimate hire to kill rampaging demons! I was thinking we could petition Lady Hylos to see if she would ask the Hell Company management to relax their rules so as not to include the killing of demonic mercenaries? That is indeed a bold move. Isn't Thor himself at the head of the Hell Company? He's travelled with Lord Blackheart for years and managed to keep himself reigned in so this is surprising. Raising the issue with the covenant seems sensible. The Hell Company telling their members not to kill demonic mercenaries seems like a very reasonable request.

I would be happy to do so although as Brian was the one who was assaulted it may be best for him to raise the issue at first instance. Jacoby OOC: I was playing the dungeon so probably shouldn't be the person to report it just in case I'm asked to give evidence as a different character. |

I hadn't realised he had actually assaulted you. As he had been a magistrate until recently I assumed that Thor upheld the law. It may well be a good idea to mention this in any report. Although it may also be a good idea to indicate that this isn't a direct complaint against Thor but merely a request that the Hell Company make it clear in their teachings that individuals should not be breaking the law in carrying out their duty to the organisation. I think we need a church gathering soon. We need to make a large statement on who we are and what we believe in. I have invited Lady Hylos to attend she has neither accepted nor declined.
