All Walk through Walls have a 2 secs disorientation period when appearing out of them, during this period you may do nothing and are susceptable to attacks etc.
Its not possible to 'half' leave a wall - eg only stick your arms out - your either all in or all out.
Its not possible to externally cast targetted powers whilst inside of a wall unless you posess the relevent 'active sight' eg Active/Undead Spirit Sight, Active Mana/Mage/Elemental Sight, Active Neuro Sight. And vice-versa.
It is possible to see whilst within a 'wall' and navigate, just not possible to target individuals - it is possible to use 'area effects' such as Flood of Putrescence, FireStorm, NeuroCosmic Flare, Repel Evil Spirits. And Vice-Versa.
A "Wall" is a vertical surface, many of these effects state whether the wall needs to be Earth/Stone or not, you could not use such powers where the Walls are made of other substances.
If you are physically bigger than the wall than you cannot 'walk' within it but you could pass through it, please remember the disorientation time.
Eg the wall is only 1' thick and you are 2' wide you have no chance of walking within that wall - instead you could 'pass through it'.
Note: Its down to the referee to permit 'walking through walls' - and its not unusual for 'powers' to be in walls that may prohibit such travel, with specific note that Angels/Abishai/Wayfinders published power states that they can only walk through non-spiritual walls.
Duration Up: Should the duration of a Walk through Walls style ability end with the user still within, then they are expelled to the nearest [straight line] place where they could leave the wall. Suffering disorientation as normal. The ref may wish to choose this location.
With all the above 'common sense' will will out.
