2 things
Cabal should be eternal and have a grand guild hall.

2nd thing Deci kallah seem to have lost abilitys again with no explanation as to why. We had mantic innates lost those for some anti pep stuff, now we have lost the pep stuff and not gained anything in return.
Our Auto rez is amazing but I feel like we are now getting a bit shafted for a class that loses all 3 guild slots.

I'm shour it was just missed.
