Hello and thanks for reading...

A couple of questions if I may, my daughter really, really REALLY wants to start a Witch (and I suspect not a nice one) as she wishes to enjoy the roleplaying aspect.

Mad hair, lots of black, bad teeth, bag of apples and a cackle... you get the picture... she isn't in it for the power as such, just to enjoy the game and roleplaying.

Firstly, I wondered whether there were any active Covens in game at all ?

Secondly , is it possible for a Witch to mix curses and blesses on their lists ? or do you need to stick to your alignment...

Finally, what spell would 'you' cast using a wand... with lots of dramatic roleplaying... any interesting ones with a zappy twist ?

If you have a priest book handy james it may be worth taking a look at the grey warden hermit variety if you want a mix of curses and blesses and to splash a little healing/causing in there, however it is a very complex class to play if you are not careful. Cant really tell if you if there are any covens. as for casting with wands, that is entirely a role play thing, however it may be possible to points app something to do with a wand in hand.

There is a new group looking to start a guild for any and all spirit users... it will be loosly based around the idea of a coven and witches will be welcome... have a chat with Paul Dallan about it..

Witches are awesome for roleplay, Graham is right... take a look at the "words from above" book for all your priestly needs smile.gif

There is scope to build in play with yellow paper - my evil witch also happens to be exceptionally good at blessing things as it seemed logical build on

Foregoing the use of weapons for 8 spirits is a trap - avoid it...
