“Oh in Aven’s name, what’s that noise?” Thought Lhu-khom, the Priest on duty. “Oh, Thor’s visitors, of course” he thought. Things were probably going about as well as could be expected when you allowed Dark Priests and Undead within the Temple. Well no doubt they would be suffering from the Rites that protected the area around the Hallowed Temple in Bildteve, especially as he had strengthened them that morning.

He began to channel his inner Serenity and Diplomacy as he hobbled to the door into the main courtyard. There he found himself face to face with an incredibly angry Imperial Seer by the name of Fistantaly. To be fair it seemed that they had some cause to be angry. A number of Kallah who followed the faith who often begged outside had attacked the Stadtus and slain the Lich by a simple touch. He offered what apology he could whilst at the back of his head he tried to understand how a Lich of such power could be so easily dispatched.

Seer Fistantaly had made it clear that the Seers would impose a severe penalty on the Faith of Talthar for its insolence and willingness to harbour the murderous. Lhu-Khom quietly pointed out that the Church could not be held responsible for those who served the City-Spirit just because they followed the faith. Perhaps the Inquisition should take the matter up with the City-Spirit? Seer Fistantly was still unplacated though and made it clear that there would be consequences.

They had shown Lhu-Khom the Oath Scroll that bound their actions in accordance with the Will of Thor and on seeing that he lead them to the portal prepared by Thor that would take them to Tattoo. It was not for him to question why Justice would assist these dark priests in their quest. Thor was far wiser than he. Or perhaps he expected them to merely meet their destruction in that far off world...
