Weekly Update, 26th & 27th September Options

The first weekend of the smaller parties went well, players needing to be more on the ball but having a lot of fun. Remember, please be considerate when booking spaces on dungeons and only book on to events you fully committed to playing and if you book off a full dungeon post on the forums or email Duncan if there is a waiting list.
Coming up this weekend:

Saturday
Ratfolk Themed Max 1k – Pete S reffing a dungeon for all those lower level rats out there, is currently full on players and monsters but needs an a-ref.
KotL Max 5250 Guild Special – The first of a campaign of 3 dungeons being reffed by Callum for the knights. Is full on players but needs an a-ref and 1 more monster.
Good Guy Themed Max 5250 – Organised by Stacey and full on players with a waiting list for general “good guys” Lee is reffing, has an a-ref but could do with 1 more monster.


Sunday
Order of Mercenaries Max 10k & 5250 – Guild special split in to 2 parties for this popular guild. Andy W reffing the highs which needs 1 more monster and Pete S reffing the lows which has 1 player space available and needs an a-ref and 1 monster
Church of Primal Darkness Max 500/750 (TBC) – A day out for this new evil church, is currently full on players and has Will P reffing who has an a-ref and 1 monster but 1 more monster would be good.

Future Events
Thursday Dungeons are now up on the system with 2 dungeons each month on different Thursdays, a 3k and a 20k. The dates and current status are:
15th October – Max 3k – 1 player space left
29th October – Max 20k – Full on players, needs an a-ref
5th November – Max 3k – Currently 4 players booked hoping to go to 9 players if only 1 dungeon running
19th November – Max 20k – 6 Players booked, needs an a-ref
10th December – Max 3k – 7 Players booked, needs monsters
17th December – Max 20k – 6 Players booked, needs an a-ref

Rumours and Gossip
Items from the first couple of extended lengths are back and ready for collection at the caves. Discussions already happening about next years extended lengths.
The Bickley, the pub just outside the caves, is open and (for those that don’t know) people tend to head there after the caves each weekend. Please remember though we need to stick to social distancing rules in there and they are generally relaxed about dress code but please don’t go over in costume or in chalky clothes!

Having assessed the pub environment I’d urge everyone to sort out your 6 man teams at the caves and accept you’re locked in and should probably for your own ease just deny knowing anyone else in the pub.

Rightly they are taking it seriously so don’t walk in and expect you’ll choose a group etc.

Yes, just to echo Ryan's comments, even getting tables close to each other was an issue and they were pretty on the ball about it.
