I have an old guild directory that says that Natural Power lasts until April 2012. Did it dissolve or get renewed and if renewed, are we still only with tier one benefits?

I don't think it got renewed - nobody booked onto the guild specials last time I tried them. There's talk of getting some dungeons done that could be used to restart the guild after myths though.
