My character Yosh, a White Hand monk, has purchased Lay Believer to the Church of Elbereth and is a member of Starlight & Glory. Is Lay Believer or being in Starlight & Glory enough for him to count as a martial member of the Church of Elbereth such as to be allowed to carry multiple bladed weapons in Gothiel without a licence? I figure he would know the answer to this but I don't...
