Hi all,
Some non standard effects Sunday. Consume Sight – Causes the targets eyes to leave their sockets, and enter the users eyes. This is a black mana/evil spirit effect. If half effect is owned, then this becomes an instant degen affecting the eyes only. Immunity to Involuntary mystical transportation applies. Burning Sight – a 12/12 black mana/evil spirit shock to the head. Immunity to Blindness applies. CandleLit Curse – Dying effect + non handbook curse (either grants full immunity). Target, if sees a real candle which is lit, is spiritually ‘psychically’ crushed to it as long as he can see it. Curse of Fading Vision – Non Handbook curse + Blindness apply.. After 10 mins, vision is reduced to maximum of 20 feet. After 20 mins, vision reduced to 5 feet. After 30 mins, target is blind, and eyes are destroyed. Rite of Sightless Curse - In all ways as per Rite of the Bane God. Immune to non handbook curses grants full immunity. Progressive Curses once healed stop at the stage they were healed at (similar to ROTBG + disease) All vision is limited to 30 feet while within the Rite. Brief to follow in a bit! |

I take it if someone has Benediction, that might help with the last three?

Benediction would apply against the Curses as long as they are not Dying Effects [generally]
Watched Over [baic version] probably doesn't help since you'd need a direct counter to the Blindness / invol transport thingy. Sight of the Blind for the Win? mcc |

Either way i don't think it will help when your eyes have been stolen/ rotten away / burnt out / crushed / eaten / pickled Vision Salve allows you to 'see' I'd imagine that you'd need eyes to be able to see? probably mark |

Sounds like Carlo has taken the whole walking through walls thing a little bit further to me
-------------------- - "I think it's nearly there just need some flavor txt...."
- "10 second kick-in so the Dark Knight has enough time to get away before they notice it healing them" - "Disappearing as a warrior for some tblp is a bit like them wanting to cast fiireblade for some tblp it just makes no sense..." - "How about, the first blow he hits in combat may be a sever blow, this must be done at 1/2 speed" Awesome... |

Benediction applied to whatevr it would normally. Vision salve... techincally makes your eye area more sensitive to heat/motion etc, so im going to let that give a 5 foot field of vision. Carlo |

Carlo What is for some reason, you cast true sight or had an ability which said "immunity to visual impairments" -------------------- |
