Please forgive my intrusion I have been away for an extended period of study.

My name is Elan and I was born and raised in the fine City of Deci where I honed my trade as a librarian looking after a number of collections of the rich and famous of the city.

I was fortunate to be a member of this fine club before leaving Primus and I would care potentially to renew that membership now I have returned, but I would be grateful if someone in the know could reaffirm the club’s public ethos, intent and current requirements for membership.

So I can be completely sure that I would be both eligible and compatible.
