So it gets opened for discussion in December, then people forget until April, then finally half way through the year an announcement is made about who was great a year ago even though everyone has forgotten!
So what was the outcome in the end? Can't still be working through this surely? |

Huw It was not the HOTE side that was holding it up, it needed to be cleared up by Stuart is his role which Giles is doing or Alan noting it but the HOTE side power to give titles out was given to the senator some time back.
