Just to confirm I am guessing the party is:

Julian: Kenobi
Rachael; Dappy Bint
Kev: 2k Spirit warrior
Andy:: Fidget
BBB: 1k Monk
Pete: Blue bottle (?)
Gordon: His hand is in the air
Ben: A means to takes Armstrongs res chance (and the second warrior).

Currently I have an aref in Chris and Matt as a monster. Ideally 1 more would be good, 2 would be great but I suepct that would be me being a bit greedy.

Well if my Divine isn't good enough to take res chance off puddle boy directly I might play a lingist too to take it indirectly.

Will try and spend soem karma over the weekend to encourage other monsters too.

Well I can confirm that bit.

I will hopefully book on to monster, pending my doctor not yelling at me for doing Laby...

Posted by: OxMatt May 15 2009, 04:38 PM

I'm already looking forward to murderfun. smile.gif

The results of the Euro elections won't have been announced yet, so I'm likely to have some nervous tension to release, probably in the form of Necro Six. Hope that's OK. smile.gif

Need to double check my diary & confirm availability as I've just snuck on today.
Character choice could depend on everyone else too - don't want to spoil anyone's fun by playing a character of too many points or anything.
May also depend on being able to locate teddy...

Well I'm over 15K & Rachael is 18K I believe so I don't think Bluebottle is too far ahead.

Cool - Given a general lack of objections and confirmed freedom on my part I reckon it'll be Bluebottle then.

Was waiting to see if it filled up before booking on.... and it has... so I'll be free to monster. Working the evening that day but should hopefully be OK.... can't be late leaving though.

If anyone drops out playing let me know. smile.gif

Really need to repay Mr Dale for running all those LotS adventures (and Andy and Rachael for CMTing) by helping out though.

Tim.

Hello all,

Can a monsta get a lift on the morning of the 6th, please? smile.gif

Matt

P.S. Also, Mr Dale, if you happen to have a dungeon, advance sight would be marvellous.

My fourth attempt at posting this.

Can I have a lift form the caves to J6 if poss please too smile.gif If not then I can get to caterham if someone can get the kit and stuff for me.

Also there is a chance Chris might not be able to monster, so if we can drum up someone else this would be great.

Thank you

I'll be going to and from the caves Lee and I can give you a lift.

Posted by: Sizel Jun 1 2009, 07:11 PM

Just cos someone's bound to not remember...

Mark Ally (Gold/Ivory)
+3/1 life
+1 DAC
+1 Max AC
Rages apply vs magic

Mascot
+2/1 life
+1 DAC
+1 MAC

If you're the sort of person who doesn't like magic the 2/1 life an +1 DAC from Mascot still manage to get you, so ner!

If you don't consider me a friend & ally I'll need to know cos it effects my stats...

If anyone who is coming via the caves can locate and rescue young Theodore it'll no doubt add to the entertainment available in some way.
If there's cryptic lack of vehicles travelling from the caves I'll be up for making the extra distance or picking people up from the local station - just let me know.

Does that lift apply to me also, or only to Mr Dale?

If the latter, I still have no way to get there...

I'm also minus car (though I may be able to wrangle something) if I head to the nearest train can someone come and get me? Obviously if anyone is travelling from South West London (Twickenham ish area that would be even better).

Currently me and my (soon to be full) picnic hamper are planning to cadge a lift with the kindly Mr Jones.. otherwise it means leaving Andy stranded at the caves on Saturday with no wheels man..

This may be open to change, though I won;t kow until closer to the weekend...

I'm really sorry about this guys, but I'm now not going to be able to monster. sad.gif sad.gif

I've just been told that part of the Euro Election count is going to take place on Saturday, not just Sunday as previously understood. And I have to be there. So...umm...there's not much I can do about that, unless someone has some pull with the EU Returning officer. sad.gif

Anyone up for a bit of kidnapping?? roflol

Posted by: kevjones Jun 2 2009, 01:41 PM

Matt.

I've just spoken with the EU returning officer and he says he is quite happy for you to monster if Bluebottle can do something funky with time just after we go time out, and make it so that you were actually at the election. I don't see this being too much of a problem, do you?

Kev.

I can do collection from Caterham if needed.

I could do collection from elsewhere in SW London if we have to (perhaps you & Mr Dale), but this could leave us running a late as I have to drop Lucy at J10 en route as well.

A lift would be fab thanks.

To be honest it's going to be quite easy for me at least to make it to Reading if that is still the best place for you.

Twickenham to Reading is quite simple by train, I'm guessing that to Caterham might not be.

You'll have to do a further stop out from Reading to Pangbourne (10 mins by train) , as we've moved to the countryside - but you'd be more than welcome to come over the night before if you wanted.

Julian

Julian,

Yes, the vote is Thursday, but the election results aren't til Sunday. This is because some of the EU countries don't have our infrastructure, and take longer to count, as I understand it.

Matt

Posted by: Fionamullin Jun 3 2009, 11:55 AM

Ben,
Trains to Caterham leave charing Cross - takes about an hour.
May even stop at Waterloo East and London bridge as well.

Posted by: sonof Jun 3 2009, 12:06 PM

Booo at loosing Matt. It's looking like I might have to get hit to now sad.gif

Brief should be out for everyone that is getting one. If you don't have one either you're not booked on, you are waiting on divine insperation from your fishy lord, or the person sending the brief couldn't comm about where you might be or otherwise locate you.

Non-standards are pretty simple.

Taint Soul: Causes a level one “tainted soul” to enter the person granting them full undead immunities. This lasts 60 seconds and can be dismissed etc. if a person dies while it is active they also suffer a taint spirit on death. Fortified spirit grants complete immunity.
Dex Drain: - 1 DAC for an hour. If you go negative you are at the 10 minute stage of a disease for 5 minutes as you recover back to 0 DAC.
Str Drain: - 1 Str for an hour. If you go negative you are at the 10 minute stage of a disease for 5 minutes as you recover back to 0 Str.
Wither: Limb doesn’t work for 5 minutes, is still there though.
Catalyst: Moves a disease on 5 minutes.

Which is funny given we still use about the most old fashioned method available last I checked.
Still, makes sense if you have to wait for every country in the EU to finish counting before its announced.

So it looks like everyone has transport at the moment.

That being so I'll plan on going to J6 directly.
If there is a shortage of car space though I'm up for the extra distance - just let me know.
I'll be spending the night at my parent's place, so can give lifts back to the caves area easily if that helps at all.

Rach, I know you mentioned buying food, but if car space is looking a bit tight I can pick some random picnic type foods up?

Can even bring a gas stove, frying pan and various meat ralated things if there will be time for it? Possibly in a post event sit around way?

I can't stay very late as I have to be back here in overcast Steyning as i'm working in the evening.

Because I can and it's prob too late and everyone's already battleboarded.

If you are a Knight of the Land you gain:
- Immunity to Backstab
- If the Immunity already possessed this upgrades to Traitor's Shield, regardless of alignment.
