Weekly Update, 16th & 17th October Options

So coming up this week we have events over 4 days including the return of young players on Saturday, with plenty of opportunity to still get involved with events:

Wednesday
An evening single length followed by pizza up in the shop. The normal Max 1500 level, currently 5 players booked, an a-ref and 2 monsters but needs the all important referee. Is anyone free to step in to do it? Past experience shows once ref booked players will follow!

Thursday
A Max 30k triple length being reffed by Will P, currently has 6 players an a-ref and 2 monsters so all good to go but a few extra players would be good.

Saturday
Saddos/The Brood No Max Guild Special – Was due to be a triple length theme day but now just down to the one no max party being reffed by Rich E as start of a long ongoing campaign. Currently has 11 players and 2 monsters but still needs an a-ref
Young Players – The long awaited return of young player events with this one being reffed by Edd H and Claudia. Currently 3 people booked on so do need some more so spread the word to all those young players keen to come back to the caves or try it out for the first time.

Sunday
Closed Reds Max 500 – The next part of this closed small group campaign being reffed by Pete S, it has an a-ref and 1 monster booked, another monster would be good.
Closed New Player Event Andree/Hill – Currently no players booked but that might just be while they sort membership out. If you keen to ref something for this new group get in touch with Duncan to confirm the party details,


Further Ahead
Wednesday dungeons are up for the rest of the year, all are 1500 and getting refs booked early really does help them run, so if you fancy reffing one please book on. They are also a good play for new refs if anyone fancies trying out reffing. They are on the following Wednesdays:
13th October
27th October
10th November
24th November
8th December
22nd December

Thursday triple lengths are also up for the rest of the year as follows, they also need refs:
28th October (Half Term) – Max 15k
11th November – Max 7.5k
9th December – No Max
23rd December - Young Players

Todays Thursday dungeon still has some player spots and a monster spot if anyone finds themselves free and wanting to head to the caves.

Saturday
SADDOS/Brood No Max - 10 Players and full on crew, so all good to go
Young Players - Currently 5 players booked with potentially more to be added so will definitely be running, but space for more to join!

Sunday
New Player Event - Players are all now booked on, there are 10 of them from a local table top club trying LRP for the first time, Will has stepped in to ref, assisted by Heather and has 1 monster booked but could really do with another couple to give them a good day.
Closed Max 500 - Up to 2 monsters now so all good to go.
