I would appreciate any who would consider themselves to be 'ritualists' capable of either ritual defences or attacks to make themselves known. We have been subjected to assault from afar for too long and it is time to remedy that situation.
Many thanks, Aerlisseroth |

It's more a case of who we can strike and what we can protect. Recently, Lord Robert was the target of a spiritual assault by their ritualists. I would like to attempt to shield The Stand, and the Lords of the Orders if possible, and begin locating and retaliating with strikes of our own.

However the smaller that which you wish to protect the easier. And Robert is quite small... Um, Somewhere, from a dozen years ago, I've got a ritual that can protect against one flavour of attackinging thingy. So you could cast it against fire rituals or whatever. I'm sort of a good ritualist, but am not allowed out much, sorry. Luv and hugs _ Bluebottle |

Well Bluebottle, if you are willing to assist in ritually shielding Robert, and perhaps partaking in rituals to shield the Stand, that would be most appreciate.
Perhaps Marik and Kei-Ry could assist me in firming up plans for retaliating against the Dark Renown? Aerlisseroth |

I wondered who would be the first with that one, should have known it would be you Bluebottle! Indeed any and all assistance would be very welcome, specifically to the 'Rest and the 'Stand (to protect both the Knights and ley folk of the settlements) - but if there are rites or counter rites which could be used to protect Knights during musters that would also be of much use. Aerlisseroth - it may be worth speaking with Jander as his golden magics were very useful in warding and strengthening the Stand. Also as a very accomplished Priest of the Runes, Knight Reliant Thorn may be able to offer advice on spiritual wardings. The keeper may also proove to have some useful insights. Yes, I'll help shield everyone from Spiritual rituals. That'll work... Um. Slighltly more seriously though I'll see if I can manage to get to the Land of Legend and do what I can to lay down some wardings. I once managed to ward the city of Halgar don't you know. Hmm... I think the ritual can be used to protect against people in a specific gang too. So I could just do a warding that weakens ritual attacks by Knights of Dark Renown, but it wouldn't help against anything cast by their mates the Knights of Purple Renown. Love & Hugs _ Bluebottle |

I don't think the Knights of Purple Renown are ritually striking us, so if you can ward against those of Dark Renown that would be most appreciated.
While the assault that Robert was subject to was spiritual, the ritual attack that took the form of the Windsabre was most definitely not spiritual! Thank you Bluebottle. Aerlisseroth |

Aerlisseroth Aerlisseroth, I have an abundance of experience with practical thaumaturgy, and as such consider myself a potent ritualist. More so in rituals of defense and such. Let me know what you want done or if you wish any advice on where to start. Remstar |

I have an abundance of experience with practical thaumaturgy I also have a fair amount of experience with rituals. Mostly defensive ones. I am, however, an elf and so unable to help against spirits in any way except the theoretical. I could probably work out a way for someone else to do it, though. regards Gaxx -------------------- No of course I won't ref. Are you mad?

Yes indeed one of the many talents I have is that I am ritualist of the joyful water path, though mainly the battlefield rites. And you thought I was merely a mad man with a sword and shield. Rivan -------------------- - Pants

Well, it seems we have some array of ritual power amongst us. I personally utilise the power of Hostile Nature, in summonation and assault.
Remstar, if you and Bluebottle work with Rivan to determine ways of shielding the Stand and the Lords, then I'll work with Marik and Kei-Ry to locate our enemies. Mordenkainen, I know you have some ritual understanding of summonations and the like. Perhaps if you were to speak with Robert regarding possible plans that the Lord Summoner of the Dark Renown has in mind, you could offer advice as to how best counter them? And someone should find out about the Drowe servant of Lust. Aerlisseroth |

May I suggest that those skilled in strengthening a building and those within against such assaults make a list of things needed and then we can try to obtain such?
If we do not have this knowledge amongst us already I will see what I can discover about such rites, their wherabouts and their enactment. Bill. |

Absolutely, Bill.
If those willing to formulate ritual defences could rustle up a list of what's needed we'll start gathering materials. Likewise Kei-Ry and Marik with ritual assault. A |
