So i mentioned this before but:

Please check your formatting on apps!!!!!!!

In the last fortnight i have printed 14 pages that are blank due to bad formatting. It is the same people that do this. It is not difficult to fix.

If it keeps happening I'll stat giving Duncan the blank sheets to charge for.

So please stop wasting my paper and toner, thank you.

Easy, the header and footer still prints if you use the laby sheets.

Just a thought but I have noticed that when I switch between different versions of word the pages aren't quite the same length, sometimes this leads to a second page appearing where it shouldn't.

This might be the culprit and when people submit what they think is a one page app it appears on yours with a blank page.

Might be worth letting the people that do it know just in case they are unaware they are causing you a problem.
