Hire is offered from the Mercenary Liaison Office at the Northwest corner of the Citadel from the 6th hour on Wednesday 12th Aiprus.

The lighthouse upon Jagged Perch in the sea west of the Saltstone Needles has gone dark both figuratively and literally. We are sending you in to access the lighthouse, and reignite it’s beacon, hopefully discovering what has caused such while you are there.

Pay of G1500 per mercenary is offered for the night’s work in addressing the needs of the City.

Keen as ever to support continued successful action please attend the Citadel in advance to collect suitable armour should you need it. Standard strength potions will be available in line with your individual mercenary allowance provided by the benevolence of the Mistress of Salt & Sea Foam and the largess of the Father of Tides.

Currently the event can be one of the following 3 things:

1) Guild special for Talthar, Guild Themed for The White Wind - Needs 7 players, 6 counting towards Talthar and 1 more counting for the White Wind
2) Guild special for The White Wind, Guild Themed for Talthar - Needs 7 players, 6 counting towards The White Wind and 1 more counting for Talthar (issue Own cannot be on as an advisor)
3) Guild Themed for The White Wind, Guild Themed for Talthar - Needs 6 players, 1 counting towards The White Wind and 1 more counting for Talthar (issue Own cannot be on as an advisor)

From a personal point of view Talthar doesn't need the extension in the same way the White Wind does but Owen was the instigator and I would rather have three months than no months so I feel Option 1 is where we will most likely land.

If people with question marks can speak up and confirm who/what they are playing and which of the guilds (or both) they are in that will help shape the day, as in WTAF I play to fill a gap, make sure we have the right member numbers or if I can switch to crewing to make up numbers if needed.

Hoz just an FYI Claudia hasn't had time as yet to complete her battleboard for the weekend and her points apps aren't scanned.

Waist size isn't really an issue because of the ties, it's more about length.

However I use size 25 sadly they don't have them in stock iirc as I put in an order with them last week for some other bits.

I was exceptionally blessed to have both Claudia and Matt again and Pete joining us too to aid in bringing it to life and adding extra depth to hilarious effects.

The party was both a joy and hilarious to watch in equal measure as they role-played solidly amongst themselves when they were far too scared to approach an encounter, kudos to Sonny for his excellent caveman portrayal throughout.

Favourite moments for me included the successful pokemon ghoul, the priest who helpfully started beneficially cursing his new flock, the absolute reluctance to go anywhere near the report of grave disturbances following the earlier ghoul.

Just watching and listening to the party apply their own logic and debating rationale and theory crafting what had and was going on, only to have some light bulb moments from seemingly throw away lines from those they interacted with.

The resulting tiny party numbers and let's be honest pretty terrible mix had be wondering just how badly the day might go from both sides before we got started but things worked out pretty well in the end if glacially slowly at times.

I am more than happy with 3k's.

Have a wealth of characters that want playtime in that bracket, and Shadowmoss is still under 3k if I wanted to continue as him.

Low points Onyx mana user for me. Looking forward to finally playing them after I think 4 failed attempts in recent months.

It's most likely the Talthar/TWW will fall to guild themed, at which point I certainly don't have an issue OOC.
