It would have to be incredibly pro-imperial for me to be able to buy hanger on. The points app specifies "May only buy hanger on to GSM approved, suitably pro-Empire guilds" (or some such)

Guild Restrictions:
May not willingly attack another member. If becomes outlawed or ostracized cannot claim guild benefits until removed. Yeoman may join freely but gain no benefits. Entry Requirements: Pro-imperial. Non-outlaw. Must join of own free will and swear allegiance to the Empire. Guild Benefits: Imperial Quartermaster. The Empire supports its loyalists who are well trained and equipped. Quartermasters provide access to an extensive range of mundane and supernatural gear. The benefits would be chosen per adventure to suit different characters and jobs. For Imperial Quartermaster think Q in James Bond, Kingsman etc. Other Background: The Lords of Fate form the inner circle of the organisation and are typically important nobles and senior officials. The Hands of Fate are the foot soldiers of the organisation are drawn from the mercenary community. The Eyes of Fate are spies, infiltrators and informers, they use various guises and secret identities to form relationships, cultivate their information networks, and manipulate others into doing what needs to be done.
