Labyrinthe Forum _ Church of Unity _ Trip to Nightgales' Cross

Posted by: Christine Sep 5 2016, 09:26 AM

So we haven't been out for a church picnic for a while, and apparently the Inn at this Nightgales' Cross place might lead us to whoever keeps trying to kill our friend Tabitha. She had some trouble with 3 pale chaps the other night, they didn't have spirits left when they died.

If anyone who can scry can have a look into who might be wanting to cause her harm, that'd be grand - she's had some problems with her clan before who don't take kindly to people deciding not to be doing the things they do, which is pretty much all bad things. If I remember right they were the Owilrathra or something similar, but they were also heavily warded against scrying - they had all sorts of unpleasant spirits bound to tarot cards.

Last time we went out we were looking for some missing people and found some of the clan near the Rest, I know that some of the people weren't there but had been sent through a transport tree to places we weren't able then to follow. Again, if anyone can find out if they are still alive or if there is anything we can do to help them, that'd be a fine help.

Otherwise lets round up some friends, bring some food, and head off to Nightgales' Cross this Starsday to see what's what.

Oh, those lovely chaps again? Let us have a picnic and ensure that they try to visit their wrath upon us - I'll be there.

A little bit of scrying about the missing people reveals that after you uncovered and cleared the route to the transport tree, a party of NPC knights was able to go through soon after and recover the missing adventurers. The lads recovered from the Efreeti Pasha's domain were especially grateful for their timely rescue.

(Given we ran out of time due to a late start)

Nightingale's Cross is due north of Alguz and East of Deci. The crossroads are for trade roads that connect Alguz to Deci and Eartholme to Keys now, but are old roads, known for having been old routes used by nomadic tribes for their migrations back into ancient times.

Comms to the email address in my sig please, please specify any comm related abilities you have (e.g. shielded enquiries, know if deceived and/or if you have divine/draconic guidance) and if you have danger sense.

I'd like to help out and spank some villains please. I can lend my magical know how, but alas I have to finish some mercenaring on starsday before I can, don't finish before I arrive...

I'm happy to lend my aid to help your church, I appreciate that you have never heard of me and happy to answer any questions on my arrival.

See you soon,

This may be something that everyone already knew/I once knew and had forgotten - BUT DO NOT SCRY ABOUT THESE PEOPLE.

I just did so and they attempted to murder me.

Morgan says that a little bit of fresh air and getting out of sight of Catten Vale for a few days would be a wonderful thing. The recent siege brought back a lot of somewhat dark memories for him and this sounds like something we'd both be interested in helping with.

Why did she go?
Any thing stopping her please?

We fought the Felwathen totem of the Owil'ratha tribe. Some of us died but Tavis' vitae was all gone. For what it's worth we managed to free Tabitha Candlesorrow from them and give other members of the tribe a chance to make their own decisions about how to live.

I'm not sure I know what you mean by 'any thing stopping her' - she just didn't have any vitae left.

Ok sad but understand why a little at least.
They and their kind often hold things close and I don't want that for her.
