Looking at Natural Brew from the guild, is it possible to YS for more innates of this? Or as a low level Evocation?
Advice please? -------------------- Jolyon

I've had it passed as both cheap innates (15pts each I think, worked on temp 6pts or any potion I had a card for) and as an evocation.

All things are possible Julian Wiffen has got good milage out of mixing EP and potions / bandages David My stuff for Llewellyn was all about 'holistic healing' I had some innates of 'healing massage' that cured 6/2, made healing potions and had EP healing. If I gave you 2 of those 3 types at the same time, both effects were at +50%. If I used all 3 at once, all were at +100%. So a massage + 12pt + druidic heal cured 60 life. Warning here - the character was fun to play at low levels and on a max 750 myths where keeping the party heal was an interesting resource management game. On normal length dungeons afterwards (post 2k), I ended up being able to really efficiently patch people up between fights, but not do much else, so I haven't played him much since. If I was doing it again, I'd try to establish something else to do as well as just heal by various methods. Bear in mind that goodly priests get to dismiss undead, deal with spiritual puzzles and the like, while a druidic healer doesn't automatically have that. Druidic heal is already fantastic and gets better with standard abilities, but where a 'pure'healer gets into their own is being efficient at curing large amounts of damage. There are some interesting things you can do with Slow Heal (which is what my high druid healer uses) or getting hyper efficient with druidic heal by granting affinity with nature and reducing the EP cost. Happy to share some of Sigurd's (my High Druid) points apps if thats an area of interest. -------------------- Jan McManus

In addition
YEs you can get Natural Brew as an evocation. I had it as my healing druid - it worked on 1 6 point or all 3 from a batch created by the evocation that makes 3 potions. I can't remember the cost - 3 probably -------------------- |

Thank you everyone.
I'd be very interested to see examples of relevant points apps, and the healing multi-class sounds very interesting as well. I'm aware that High Druid focused on healing is a little limiting, particularly if you're not out doors for lightening and there are a lack of nearby trees to animate. That said I do need a non-combat character for days when my knee trouble stops me leaping around. Thanks for the help -------------------- Jolyon
