I have been thinking about ways of making it easier for people to see what we need crew for on any given days, in the hope that it might get people to monster, a-ref or ref more if its easy to see what is lacking and where. So my idea is this:

On the events diary, having additional filters. So one for Monster crew and a-ref spaces. One for Ref spaces. Maybe one for Desk and Armoury crew. That way you can hit that button and see all of the events that are lacking those important people, rather than having to look at every date on the list and then every event on that days list.

Would this be useful to people other than me? Would you use it and would it make you more likely to book to do these things? Thoughts/suggestions?

Andrea

Edit: Maybe the amount of dungeons that would be called up on this search should be limited to say the next 2 months, rather than bring up dungeons that are 6 months ahead?

I like it, I am more likely to a-ref than monster, and alot of the time, unless I have been specifically asked to help out, I don't look because going into each event to find stuff takes ages

Thanks for the suggestion. We've just submitted enhancements to be done to the Primal Forge site, so once they have been done we'll put this in as a request for this one.

Thanks,
Andy

Would it be possible, at some point, to add a functionality so that when you go to look at your bookings you can click on a booking and go straight to all the details (e.g number of people booked) as they appear on the main events page when you click on a listing?

Its just annoying to have to back track to the events page and look up the day and dungeon to get those details.

Yup - that would be a good one too.
We've got about 3 weeks before we submit the requests, so any other suggestions would be great over the next couple of weeks.
Obviously each enhancement incurs costs, so although suggestions for things like adding a character database that does peoples spends and battleboards would be great, it probably won't be done in this timeframe wink.gif

(we'd love to do the one above, but it won't be for quite a while)

If you use the "Open in New Tab" Function that Firefox (& I think the latest IE) has then instead of the popup you get the event page.

Right click "open in new window" works with IE.

I would love it if there was a summary by day that gave the dungeon name, ref and spaces. I spend a lot of time clicking into dungeons to discover they are full, or there is no referee, so it would be nice to look at something like:

Sunday 1 January
Open Max 250 - Gordon Court - 3 players - 1 monster
Closed Natural Trust No max - Huw Griffiths - 12 players - 2 monsrters
Open Low - No ref - 3 players - 0 monsters

I realise it's probably a big change to the coding though.
