Thursday Dinner

Lamb Casserole with Herb Dumplings, Mash Potato, Carrots, minted Peas
(v) Pearl Barley with Leek, Mushrooms and Spinach.

Friday B/Fast

Sausages, Bacon, Roast Tomatoes, Baked Beans, Granola Bars, Weetabix/similar, Frosties/Similar, Eggs of choice (cooked to order), omelets by request/cooked to order. Porridge by request/made to order

Friday Lunch

Buffet style spread of - Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Onions, Lettuce, Bread Rolls, Sliced Meats (Ham, Salami, Pastrami etc.), Pate, Cheddar, A.N. Other Cheese, Tomato Soup in Soup Kettle (available all-day), some sort of cake (if I have time), Granola Bars, Flapjacks.

Friday Dinner

Roast Pork Loin, Roast Potatoes, Roast Parsnips, Honey Glazed Carrots, Spring Greens, Gravy, Apple Sauce.
(v) Mushroom or Cheese Souffle, with an appropriate bechamel style sauce (undecided yet, waiting on any vegetarians input - eg. dont like mushrooms biggrin.gif )

Saturday B/Fast

Same as Friday

Saturday Lunch

Similar to Friday - using what I have left, with the addition of Carrot and Coriander Soup, and Spicy/Salsa Chicken Tortilla Wraps, with salsa's and sour cream dips.

Saturday Dinner

Salmon En-Croute, with Hollandaise and Bearnais Sauces, Buttered New Potatoes, Spring Greens.
(v) Potato and Spinach Frittatta

Sunday B/Fast

Same as Before

Fruit bowl, Cake, Flapjack, Granola and Soup will be available all the time in case people get peckish between meals - however, it wont be unlimited tongue.gif

The above is currently what I plan to do, this is still subject to change, but it's here so I can get a heads up quicker from people who might, say, have a dislike of salmon.

Feedback appreciated.

I'm not a great fan of salmon, but will eat it. For the dinners it will be dark, we'll probably be late back, grumpy and/or dead, and ideally we'll be able to have something hot that we don't have to see to enjoy smile.gif

Looks like an awesome menu though!

Whilst I have no objections to Cooking the Veggie Option for people who don't fancy the main - I am currently unaware of any Vegetarians in the party/crew, so I wasn't planning on making that much/any if I didnt need to ....

That Said 2 Frittatta isnt going to be a problem. but if any Vegetarians or other people who would like the Vegetarian options instead - can they please let me know soonish. As I would prefer to save time/budget on needless* things - which means I'll have more time/money to make cakes/monster/etc.**

Dave
*Needless in the sense that why make it if noone wants it wink.gif
** I can neither confirm or deny that making cake will cause picnics and/or Demons to happen/appear

Dave - sorry for late feedback - been out and about.

Menu looks great.

I am going at 8pm on the Saturday so that may mean 1 less dinner or not - time dependant.

Thanks for mothering this.
