System Effect

Currently places of power are not functioning, this includes for makes and rituals. Ritual Chambers, and abilities that duplicate places of power are likewise effected.

Updates will be posted here. More information can be gained on dungeons.

Ref’s can gain info from the CC to set plot related to this.
