Hello,

Some bits for saturday.

Chill ~ Acts as a magical slow effecting 8 levels and below. Immunity to freeze or slow applies. ½ effect cold means it only lasts 30 seconds.
Corrupt Damage ~ Is evil spirit. 1 in 6 suffered is dungeon perm unless immune to foul touch.
Despair ~ Acts as a 10 second non-level based stasis as you are filled with despair. It is also an emotion attack.
Bane ~ is evil spirit and has a dose of unholy water on it.

So to answer, yes if you reduce corrupt damage to less than 6 points none of it is perm.
Unholy water is 12TBLP vs angelkind.
